Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase or subscription.

1. No Refund Policy
As our services are digital and subscription-based, once a user subscribes and payment is successfully processed, no refunds or cancellations will be entertained.
This includes monthly, quarterly, or annual subscriptions.
By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree that:
• The services are considered delivered and utilized immediately upon account activation or integration.
• Finrush incurs costs (API setup, hosting, configuration, and license) at the time of activation, which are non-recoverable.
• Therefore, subscription fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Exceptional Refunds
A refund may only be considered under the following limited circumstances:
• Duplicate payment due to a technical error on our platform or payment gateway.
• Service non-delivery caused by a verified technical failure directly attributable to Finrush, before service activation.
Such refund requests must be submitted to finrushsmart@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment date, along with proof of payment.
After verification, Finrush may process an approved refund within 7–10 business days, via the same payment method.

3. Subscription Cancellation
• Users can choose to cancel their subscription at any time to avoid renewal in the next billing cycle.
• Cancellation will only stop future renewals; it does not entitle the user to a refund for the current or past billing periods.
• Services will remain active until the end of the paid period.

4. Third-Party Charges
• Message costs and API usage charges are billed as per Meta (WhatsApp) policy. Finrush does not control or refund any per-message or third-party fees once incurred.
• Refunds related to WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) billing, template approvals, or Meta policy enforcement are not under Finrush’s scope.

5. Dispute Resolution
In case of a billing dispute, users are encouraged to contact our support team first at finrushsmart@gmail.com.
All refund and billing disputes, if unresolved, will be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
